How do I get my iPad fixed?
Bring it in: No appointment is required. Stop in any time during normal business hours.
What to expect
Our staff will make an initial assessment of the estimated repair cost at check-in, however, if one of our technicians finds additional damage that would cause you to incur any additional fee we will notify you and will re-quote you before submitting your repair. Before you bring your iPad to us, be sure to back up your data and prepare your iPad for replacement. Your replacement device won’t have your data on it, and you’ll need to restore that data from your backup.
How long will it take?
Your repair usually will take 1-3 business days. If your iPad was engraved by Apple, it could take up to 10 business days after we receive your iPad.
How much does it cost?
If your iPad issue is covered under our warranty or consumer law, you won’t pay a fee. Otherwise, repairs are considered out of warranty (and not covered) when:
- Your iPad is over one year old.
- Your iPad screen gets broken accidentally.
- Your iPad has other accidental damage or issues caused by unauthorized modifications.
If your iPad issue isn’t covered, you’ll pay an out-of-warranty fee unless your iPad has AppleCare+ coverage. AppleCare+ includes up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage every 24 months. You might be able to use one of those incidents for a cracked screen or for other damage to your iPad. Each AppleCare+ incident has a service fee, as shown.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to tax. Shipping is not included if we need to ship your iPad to you. Your replacement iPad will be new or equivalent to new. If the issue with your iPad was caused by severe damage from an accident or from abuse, you might have to pay the full replacement value.
iPad battery and power – United States
Battery service costs
If your battery needs replacement, we can repair or replace your iPad for a battery service fee. There’s no fee if your battery is defective and your iPad is covered by warranty, consumer law, or AppleCare+. Our warranty doesn’t cover wear from normal use.
If you have AppleCare+ for iPad, it offers replacement coverage if your iPad battery holds less than 80 percent of its original capacity.

Apple accessories
Apple-branded accessories, including Apple Pencil, are covered under the Apple One Year Limited Warranty for accessories. You can repair or replace the battery in your Apple Pencil for a fee, or for free if the battery is defective and covered by the warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law. Our warranty doesn’t cover wear from normal use.

*Non-Hardware service ( Backup, Restore, Reset, or Setup) are not covered by AppleCare at our location we charge a very nominal fee of $29.00 for these services. We are independently owned and operated small business, and as such; cannot provide free software support as we do not receive labor compensation from Apple no matter what warranty status you may fall under.

Our guarantee after service
We guarantee our service, including replacement parts, for 90 days or the remaining term of your Apple warranty or AppleCare+ coverage, whichever is longer. We offer this whenever you get service from us. This is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.
